Through the years I have had to probate the estates of a number of 18 year olds who had died tragically and expectedly, only after which it was found out (or, remembered )that they had assets titled in their sole and individuals names. These have included bank accounts, stocks that had been gifted through the years, savings bonds, inheritances from relatives, and so on.</description>
